1. Who we are
This site is operated by Alkonov Design ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: alkonovdesign@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Brief form: name, email, project details, links, budget, timing, selected plan or promo code, and any files you attach (logo, references).
- Account: name, email and a password (stored by Google Firebase Authentication, we never see your password), plus a record of your requests.
- Technical data: language, theme and sign-in state stored in your browser; anonymous usage statistics only if you accept analytics.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or deliver the design you ask for (pre-contract steps and contract).
- To run your account and show your requests (contract).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate interests).
- To understand where visitors leave the brief form and improve the site (consent, only if you accept analytics).
4. Who receives your data
We use service providers to run the site: FormSubmit (delivers the brief and attached files to our email), Google Firebase (accounts and request records), Google Fonts (fonts), and Plausible Analytics (anonymous statistics, only after consent). Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell your data.
5. Cookies and local storage
Essential: browser storage for language, theme, promo code and sign-in. These do not need consent. Analytics: Plausible is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across sites; it is loaded only if you press "Accept". You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and account data only as long as needed to respond to you and deliver the project, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy of your data. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

- Бриф: имя, email, сведения о проекте, ссылки, бюджет, сроки, выбранный тариф или промокод и прикреплённые файлы (логотип, референсы).
- Аккаунт: имя, email и пароль (хранится в Google Firebase Authentication, мы пароль не видим), а также история ваших заявок.
- Технические данные: язык, тема и состояние входа в вашем браузере; анонимная статистика только если вы приняли аналитику.
3. Зачем и на каком основании
- Чтобы ответить на обращение, подготовить расчёт и выполнить дизайн (договорные отношения).
- Чтобы вести аккаунт и показывать ваши заявки (договор).
- Для безопасности сайта и защиты от спама (законный интерес).
- Чтобы понимать, на каком шаге брифа посетители уходят (согласие, только при принятии аналитики).
4. Кому передаются данные
Для работы сайта используются сервисы: FormSubmit (доставка брифа и файлов на нашу почту), Google Firebase (аккаунты и заявки), Google Fonts (шрифты), Plausible Analytics (анонимная статистика, только после согласия). Часть обработки может происходить за пределами Великобритании с применением необходимых гарантий. Мы не продаём ваши данные.
5. Cookie и локальное хранилище
Необходимые: хранилище браузера для языка, темы, промокода и входа, согласие не требуется. Аналитика: Plausible не использует cookie и не следит за вами на других сайтах; загружается только после нажатия «Принять». Выбор можно изменить в любой момент через «Настройки cookie» в подвале.
6. Сроки хранения
Заявки и данные аккаунта хранятся столько, сколько нужно для ответа и выполнения проекта, обычно не дольше 24 месяцев после последнего контакта, если закон не требует иного.
7. Ваши права
Вы можете запросить доступ к данным, их исправление, удаление или ограничение, возразить против обработки, в любой момент отозвать согласие и получить копию данных. Напишите нам, ответим в течение месяца. Также можно обратиться в надзорный орган (в Великобритании: ICO, ico.org.uk).
